Q about download content

Alright, so I didn't get the last few releases of DLC. If I download the latest file released (The Gemaga Dungeon), would that also include all of the previously released content? I ask this because I seem to remember getting prompted to overwrite a previous file last time I moved DLC onto my memory stick. Each file would need to have all of the previous content on it if this was the case, right?

Each DLC contains the current quest and every quest that came before it.
