PS2-OFFLINE... I think I missed something, please help

Ok, so I beat the original PSU and bought the AotI expansion.

Now what? I can't seem to find any story mode missions anywhere ... went to all the Guardian branches on the three planets... all three said "no missions at this time"... back on my home planet they showed a list of missions, but they were all blacked out (like I had done them)... But thinking about it... I had a party formed... maybe I needed to disband first...

Anyhow, if anyone has any idea what I'm blabbering about please let me know where to go to keep the story mode flowing so I can finish this game.

Correct. You need to be by yourself when you head into Guardian HQ for the Story Missions. I'll also say that doing the Story Missions on different difficulties does not give you different item rewards for earning S Rank. The only difference will be MP and Meseta gains.
