Need a master of mags...

Yeah, so, the mag I have now is Apsaras... 30 Defense, 120 Power, 20 Dexterity, and 30 Mind...

Can some one tell me an in depth way of making a Rati with these stats? I made a Rati, but only got 10 mind and 40 Dex... x_x

You would need to make a new Mag to get it. You can use this guide (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=1248) to make one with those stats, but making your own changes to get the stats right (use a feeding chart guide). Level 100 is when the stat equation must be met for this Mag, levels 110, 120, 130, etc will not work.

And for almost every non-caster character I'd suggest 5/145/50/0 or similar. Minimum DEF and no MIND. Mags with stats like that are best for characters very close to maxing their stats.

I know the equation... I just need to know.... can I like make it have 30 mind, then 20 dexterity... And level it out, then hand it to my skyly HUmar at the last feeding?-In other words, does it really matter what evolutions are before that finale of 99 going to 100?-

Previous evolutions don't matter. Just the stats at the proper level. Using the HUmar for last feeding works fine.

Hmm... I guess I should make this new Rati from a "True" white mag seeing as I use the last column white outfit for my HUmar.

Yeah, the previous evolutions only matter if you want it to have specific Photon Blasts. Trying to get certain PBs in certain slots can make things trickier.
