How much different is PSOGC online than offline?

I haven't been online on PSOGC yet. How much different is it?

The monsters are stronger, there are a lot of quests to choose from, some items are only obtainable online...and other people. Very different.

Thanks. Not that it matters much now anyways. I've just found out that SEGA discontinued the online version of PSO. I can honestly say I'm not happy about that decision, but oh well. At least I still got PSZ to look forward to.

im not sure ive seen people do it on utube but im trying to get it to work on my GC how do you find your serial number on gc or get one?
