Depends on which method you intend to use: DC versions, GC E1&2, XB E1&2, PC version, or PC video capture card. Please be more specific.

If you wanna just take snapshots using the snapshot function in PSO, here is what to do:
1) Plug a controller into the 4th controller port.
2) Hold L on that controller and use the C-stick to move the little viewfinder around.
3) When the viewlfinder is on whatever you want to get a snapshot of, press A while still holding L.
4) If you have broadband, you may be able to upload your pics using the method described here:
