Samba Maracas & What Section ID you need

I've looked around trying to find out what section ID you need to have to find Samba Maracas but to no luck. I was wondering if anyone knows where to find them and what section ID you need to have to find it.

I think you can get them thru Challenge Mode Offline. Instead of getting S-Ranks you get funky weapons to choose instead. I think the maracas are one of those items.
