Is it possible to use a mag kit on a lvl 5 non evolved mag? Is this why there are mags that have 195 of a certain stat?

I still don't understand how people raise only one stat of mag all the way up to lvl 200. Getting 195 of a single stat seems impossible to me.

Ok when you see 195 of a stat it must be a system mag, because they are the only mag that has a food item that will lower defense early in its evolution state. At level 5- 9 you can use a Kit of Mark III and viola, Mark III one food item will lower the defense. So you feed like Mates every time but when the def is getting high you lower it. This allows you to do 195 of a stat (usually power) The most you can get with any other none system mag is 185 power and mind and 188 of dex. This was posted before and I thank who ever gave this info because now I know and can help other people.
