I've called the Sega Customer Serice line and a rep told me that they'll get more information if the game is fixed at Friday,Feburary 7,2003 at around 12 noon.

In certain countries,there are government departments called "Minsitries" (In Britain,Japan).And the Secretarysof them are called "Ministers".And since I've learned many lessons in my days as a Ranger in the DC version of PSO.Thats why I called myself a "Minster of PSO",since I have lots of knowledge of the game since the first day I played it.And now you know how I got my title. =)
