Have you noticed that people seem to post the same topics over and over again? It's like they aren't even bothering to read the topic list. People should check the board more carefully to see if there's already a post on the topic they're interested in.

I think he means to cover the same topic again. Example: There's already a post about @Home, and yet 2 other people are posting and asking "How can I get the BBA to work with @Home?", and just asking the same questions over and over again.
