That is not real, here is proof. The following images show the 9th grind of the Creawand where the TP is 150, not 140.

While the Creawand＋ has the stats of about a 6* wand, it does also add 75 DFP and 75 MST. I've tested this myself. By PSU standards, that's better than both a free slotless sori/mind and a free slotless Solid / Anti Up together. However, in practice, that's only a few points less damage.

Ok, that's good. Still though, what's its stats at 10? Wouldn't make sense for it to downgrade from it's mat (stique wand).

The Creawand stats at 10 are not known at this time. The highest in shops was 9/9. JP wiki does not have the last grind listed. Also, keep in mind that it is not known exactly what the Creawand hidden ability is. The Stique wand, for example, has the lower power ability of the other Stique weapons.
