I was wondering how to make weapons out of animal parts...

I do not have online anymore, is there a way to convert it to weapons offline? Let me know.

Do The quest where Dr. Montague wants to test out a new weapon (cannot remember name). Then Do Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door quests and talk to Montague with the part on hand.

you need to complete Doc's Secret Plan in order for him to convert enemy parts into weapons in Unsealed Door or Dr Osto's Research

But you need to complete Secret Delivery first to get Doc's Secret plan.

On X-box he won't make weapons unless you speak to him after you beat one of those missions apparently.
