what is the fastest way to earn Job Points offline?

i have ambition of illuminus and i want to know what is the best and fastest mission to level up my job exp. at the moment im doing the a rank rescuing hyuga story mission and im getting 250 something job exp. then after im done beating that mission i have to hear the ending dialoge and scenes which u cant skip and is time consuming and kinda of annoying so i wanted to know if there is a faster way?

The 2nd half of the last story mission ("Illuminus ambition" is the name of the mission) is your best choice, i think.
