Transform into Red Ring Rico

i already know taht with a little hack you can transform into Red Ring Rico in the PSO PC version, but there ir a way to transform yourself into red ring rico in the gamecube??

I wouldn't say transform but you can use custom skins that makes you look like Rico.

It depends, some codes can make it permanent (don't ask the codes)
If your playing online you can ask a GM to turn into red ring rico, however only the other ppl in the lobbies will see you as rico, you will see your char exactly the same as before. (reloading in lobby will reset the apearence to everyone, meaning they will not see you as red ring rico anymore)
