And I go away on Feb 6-15th.

I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. I was just waiting. I made a bet to my sis, "watch them bring the event when we go on vacation".

Vacation is nice.... but I'll NEVER get that time back that I couldve lvled some chars.... Oh woe is me.

Meh.....I'm still happy to go on vacation, but.... after months of it being postponed I just find it funny that it coincidently ends up being released when I'm away (and NOT when I was on winter break).

If you leave on the 6th, you'll have two whole weeks to run the event. I feel for you, but I'm usually bored with our events and running something else by then. Anyway, just work extra hard during those two weeks and try to make the best of your vacation. Shit happens. They didn't plan this so you'd miss it, so there's no reason to get upset.
