A few questions i have about PSO

Ok i checked the gamefaqs list for the P drops formula and i have a few questions.


1)Whats a Photon sphere, Photon Booster, Photon Blaster?

2)Can i still get the C mode weapons (i.e. chameleon scythe, samba maracas) offline?
