Rifle speed timed and timed and dose bulle effect speed

This is a stupid quetion but when i use my gunner i just keep pusing over and over without thinking but my friend told me if you time your rifle shots they go faster is that true and dose bullet effect the speed, By the the way i am a gunmaster

Your friend IS right in a sense. You get a faster shot when you press in proper quickness. As for speed overall. Well, your bullet level affects your speed. The higher it is, the slower it gets. I have a LV.40 Rising Shot, and it shoots rather slow, but is still faster than when I use it as a Fortegunner.

It's the most noticeable on Bow to me, you can almost get a Rifle firerate with proper timing but even then it's still slow.
