My Fonewm has a Hildebear Cane, which casts foie on its special, which very much cuts down on the cost of his excursions. The cane also, supposedly, increases the power of foie by 20%. So I have a few questions:
What level foie does the Hildebear cane have?
Does the bonus apply to its own special?
What level foie does the Elysion cast?
Does IT have any bonuses to magic?
