what is the easiet way to level your tech photon arts. even if i solo a mission or what?

Well easiest is soloing the polty room in the carnival mission. I would recommend using MAG's with a quick unit to lv them fast, preferably as Masterforce and use rods for dam techs and megiverse, more PP. If you want to lv buffs get a buff room going at the charge cube in the carnival mission, or use 2 NPC's if you wanna solo. Things like resta/reverser should lv pretty fast by just playing in a party.

Compared to a Newman, most likely. Aside from having lower TP, thus getting more hits in, they don't get any special bonus. It's like saying that you should use a Newman to level bullets/skills.

Have a CAST character level the TECHNICs, they'll level quicker due to having low TP and will be able to get more hits on an enemy for more PA experience.
