Cast armor parts from the 3rd floor of the Colony. Usually after events when you get a discount on Clothes and stuff is best time to buy them.

Either the Kouze Shoes from Neudiaz or the Vatavara Boots from Moatoob, they cost 2k normally and are 10 star, +22 armor for one. Another good item are Mikumiko Sets you get from the donate box, + 26 armor for one(I believe).

13* Female Shoes (Vatrava boots, forgive the spelling if its wrong!) for 1K each!

If you really want to do it fast, buy a bunch of cas-mikos. They give +33 for armor.
