How to Open FPB file on Phantasy star Portable?

I saw a guy in this forum who oppenned successfully the fpb files within phantasy star portable(file.fpb and boost.fpb)for making an english patch in this thread : http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=147950

i wanted to change the music of the game(which are totally horrible)to put original phatasy star online musics which are better but i can't open this files,i tried with winrar,7-zip and it doesn't work,how does he do?please help me!!

i already asked him,but no response,and i tried the only 2 software which are entreprise software...but i will try this software.thanks

you made a mistake,it's not fbp but fpb,so it doesn't work....

so sad...
