How is your progress?

Was just wondering where everyone is at in the game so far.

I did not download the demo so I started from level 1 when the game came out.
As of now, I am level 37. I have 16 titles. And a ton of A-rank weapons that are upgraded to (10). Also I have just about a billion Swimwear.. need to get rid of them... I've leveled Hunter to Rank 10, and working on Fighmaster right now.

Right now I am completing every mission I have not yet finished, as well as trying to obtain new titles.

Getting weapons is an enormous problem, I'm following the storyline with the obligatory free mission between each special one... and I'll be damned if I can find anything I want as I go along. Couldn't get a new Sword for the life of me as a Hunter, almost all of the good Ranger weapons I have are cutesy stuff I hate looking at... din-din bell and laser pannon are the only weapons of their respective types so far, and my choices on grenades are koltova-on-a-stick or teapot.

Hmm. I haven't really done the story mode yet. I've just been doing Multiplayer mode by myself. Story mode's free missions seem a bit too easy..

The early guns of funny taste is the same as I remembered when I first did the Japanese version. Don't worry, your good normal guns will come.

10 HUnter 7 RAnger.. story mode seems to be the place to lvl your battle type and ya its a bit easy but gotta remember your doing it basically starting chapter2 at 20 .. its a bit diff on a new character

was gunna go force to unlock protrans but .. only 3 lvls till maxed on RAnger so

Working on Protranser, and I'm having difficulty getting some weapons as well. I have some decent guns (Holy Ray ftw), but melee is...problematic outside of my Halva Tubolas and Pretty Ribbons (Manliest weapons EVER :P). Just hit 30, myself.

So yeah I just hit 55. Can't wait until I start getting me some S-Rank weapons. Though, it is pretty hard facing level 80 monsters at level 57. xD Nice challenge though..

And just seconds after I post this, I get my first S rank weapon :D, Mugunruk with 37% Dark.

I'm max LV 100, I have all my classes maxed out and I just finished getting the last title like 2 minuits ago, I'm currently working on finding some Grinna Bete S' so I can get the Morat axe.

Well I assumed that people would figure by the title, they would post if they had the US version. I know people that have the JP version are going to be max level with almost everything pretty much :P. I just wanted to know how people are doing since the release of the US version. Maybe I should restate that in my first post.

This game is pretty easy. The levels are just flying by. Even monsters 10-15 levels higher than me are getting "pwned with easy". I'm already level 40 and havent really played that much. I wonder if I will still be playing this game in a month or so. Its a fun game, but I dont think its gonna have even a fraction of the longevity of PSU.

I'm lvl 51 with 1 s-rank (dreamcast). I think I'm just about done with the story mode. I lost 1 time to the boss at the HIVE in its final form. I just ran out of healing items lol. I hope thats almost done.

Granted, my character's pretty much maxed out by now, but with good Dark resistance I felt like it wasn't really that hard (i.e. no one-hit-kills, and AM Resta helps a lot). Now, if it was an element-changing Falz, that might have made a difference.

using Gudda Skelac, Shigga Desta, Pumpkinhead, Phantom, Soda Crea, a lot of regular 8* stuff from shops. I found Sweets Line for armor. Good stuff.

Beat chapter 8 last night; found the Nova while I was doing the last mission and it practically got me through the rest of the hive on its own. My light bullet was only at level 2 when I found it, too (now 22, lol). I think I'm gonna do the free missions and see if anything interesting shows up.

Lots of good A/S ranked weapons and armor. And im getting slapped in the face by S ranked quests, namely AMF Recapture.

Level 27, hit RA 10 and am moving on to GM before I start up CH4. Last weapons I obtained were the "beef" items you get from defeating the Tylor group XD Been debating whether or not I should waste grinders seeing how they level...

I dunno, at the moment I enjoy PSP far more than I did PSU. I can't help but think that if they'd added the achievements/titles/logs in PSU, it would have been FAR more successful. >< But then again, I'm addicted to that sort of thing, so maybe it's just me...

I just finished the game last night finally. ( I am a housewife so I can only play after my son goes to bed for a few hours before my husband gets home.) beat it at lvl 58. I have collected a few good pieces of armor and weapons. I have the sweet line armor and am currently searching for the sweet death weapon that goes along with it. lvl 7FM and 60 currently.

It could be worth trying out. I grinded one already, though it broke halfway through making it Well Done and a little overcooked. I'll see if I can get one through without breaking.

And you get more "beef" items, by the way. You might start seeing them with Tylor's group, but I've been seeing more drop, from time to time. Particularly in Moatoob.

Wait, it broke? O.o; I've never seen something break before... I'll have to try it out just to try it. I've gotten a few so far, but I dun really care for them considering I can use better weapons at this point. I'm more concerned about wasting the 10 grinders than anything else XD

Oh, update: lv39, RA10/HU10, working on FM, and am now on CH6! ^^ I wanna wear this damn Illuminus Coat I found, but I can't cause I'm a CAST D: So sad...

Level 23 Newman Force, farming the True Darkness mission,
with 50% dark Busterline. I never die and get tons of exp. :D
I love this mission so much that I'm going to do it until I get up to

Just got to the fight against SEED-Helga and her Delnadian escort. Got killed pretty quick by the Delnadians, which funnily enough are far more annoying than Helga herself. Second time I beat her, then didn't have enough Mates to beat Fakis after :lol:

I'm a Lv45 Newman Fighmaster, so I figure I need some more levels, considering they're 58/63...

Back to hunting a Bikini I guess :lol: I've been farming Plant Recovery C, but I seem to get every other kind of swimwear there is, except Female fleshie Bikinis :disapprove:

Got my first S-Rank too (woo yay Dreamcast? >_>). Shame I don't use R-Mags.

I was farming twin falclaws at True Darkness and decided that it would probably help to go and get my rare drop % boost up a little more, so I spent the last couple games leveling up Force and Gunmaster and knocking off all the low-rank free missions for Tourist trophies on G Colony and Parum. Been getting creaswords like mad but that's about it recently :'(
