IIRC you dont fight Dulk Fakis at the end of this game, it ends with the Helga fight...

The Delnadians can drop either of their rares, Dark Wing and Soul Banisher.
You could luck out and get the Dark Wing from one and the Soul Banisher from the other. :)

First, you fight [spoiler-box]Helga then she turns into Fakis form 1, once you beat that, it's form 2. It's basicly a 3 stage boss battle with absolutely no time to heal. Better bring lotsa mates and resta. ;D I managed to beat her around 49 or so.[/spoiler-box]
