I found a Weapons Badge...

I know they are non-existent in the US version, but still in the game data. BUT one thing intrigues me:

While on a free mission, I do the usual: kill, more kill, redeem treasure, sell the useless, deposit, save. While I was depositing my money, I saw a weapons badge in my inventory, which is strange.

I am NOT lying, not faking or that jazz; I have a "bad" habit telling the truth publicly.I'm just redoing story mode on my main japanese-imported character and stumbled across this.
So does this mean it has a near-zero drop? Or you think I'm faking?

If you imported it from a japanese save file, that would be where the badge came from...
