hats and stuff?

how or where do u get hats and stuff, i've seen people run around in cowboy hats or with sunglasses on but cant find them for myself =(

make over shop lumiass i tihnk thats what its called its on the 3rd floor pink neon lights justy change your hair style an it gives you opens of adding other things like glasses hats etc

sorry for the double post but do u unlock new hats as time goes on or are the 6 (or so) ones i have available the only ones
