Buffs?

Sorry if this has been covered; did some searching and couldn't find a thread about it.

Are buffs in PS:P? I have one debuff (zalure), but that's it. Are buffs dropped in certain levels or are they achievements? I'm lvl35, maybe halfway through the story and leveling force right now. If this has been covered, please link me. If it hasn't and you have the answer, post up.

Almost all (maybe ALL) of the buffs/debuffs are area drop discs.

What is mission is Flaming Horns? I don't see it in my multi-mode mission list.

Anyone know if buffs were rebalanced at all to make them more affective? Like increased duration or effect?

Considering how easy PSPo is already and max support tech level is 30 (and only MFs get that) they seem like a pretty big waste unless they were rebalanced

Flaming Horns is only available in Multi-mode, on Moatoob.


Possibly called just plain Horned Beast?
