How to get Guld Milla?!

I have a question that I hope that can be answered quickly. I saw on the English drop chart that you can get Guld Milla from SEED-AWAKENED on S-rank. I beat him a few times. Do you have to play it on multi mode or singe mode?!

I believe single mode, but I'm not certain. I also believe you have to be Ranger or Gunmaster to get it, but again I don't remember for sure XD
Yes, you have to be Gunmaster OR Ranger, just confirmed. <--- Edited XD
