Sange & Yasha (or Sangeyasha, however PSP has it spelt).

I'm not sure if Sange on its own is increased with the set, or if it's just Sange & Yasha.

You got the reference right though, Jou'un was the blacksmith who made Sange (Kikoku made Yasha, but Yasha on its own isn't in the US version of PSP).
