xD They're not duped, They're store-bought, and if you buy from the store, you can continue to buy as many as long as you have the meseta. I stocked up when I saw them, and yes, they're worth 3 PD's due to it's usefulness.

I believe you can buy the last tier weapons at... I want to say... I saw them at my Lv.130's shop, but I don't recall seeing them at 120... so I'm going to say 130 at least.

Actually as of right now I just want the yasmins, maybe i'll buy the smartlink later. I'm not sure how much of an asset it would be for me.

Smartlink makes a hell of a difference for me as Force, as HUcaseal it's still a noticeable difference for sure, but not nearly as much as my Forces. As a HUmar, I'm sure you could also tell the difference quite well. But it all depends on the priority of units at your current level/need.
