I'm in the middle of doing Awoken Serpent S using this a guide and looking for disparities...

In what you've labeled the Sixth Room in the First Block, you can travel farther west to destroy some boxes and uncover a Drua Gohra.

Also I encountered 4 Vanda Orgas in the hallway just outside the door to the Final (Sixth) Room in Block 3. But seeing as how you can't proceed without killing them they, may be exclusive to S Rank.

Well I finished the mission and got a score of S, hopefully you will too now.
