I bought a 44% light muck for under 3 mil form a player here recently. I forget if it was grinded though.

50% 7/7 was in shops for 10 mil, 46% 7/10 was in shops for 9.5 mil about....3 weeks ago...maybe less? it was right after the update to "get rid" of the carnie.
