SPF Top/Bottoms?

Has anyone found the SPF top or bottoms or can confirm they are in the game? They are my favorite clothes in the console game so I was hoping to see them in PSP as well. They aren't sold so I would assume them to be a drop like the Illuminous Coat and other clothes items if they are.

SPF is available for purchase after you play through the story some. After the sixth mission or so, I think?

Whenever it is, you can buy it at the Colony.
