offline information on item drops please

i would just like to say i've already done chapter 10 offline and got all the s missions available and i'm on level 126. (human type)
can anyone help me i'm trying to get the best weapons and armour in the game offline only, but when i'm looking for which missions to do to get them , i can only find information for online, does anyone know where i can find the information for offline only for example i'm trying to get a pair of daggers of serafi, i keep getting told you can get them from bel pannons online, but there is no mention of where you get them offline, there must be somewhere that tells you where when and how to get then offline

so the question is does anyone know where to find out this information ?????
