How does the attack power work? At full health are you hitting for 814 atp, or is 814 only when you have 1hp or something?

sorry kejen i wish i could tell you, im originally a CAST gunmaster, i really could'nt tell you what i hit with it (no PA's and figh-classes are not lvl'ed)
