yes i looked into the pso-world.com database but it does not say where it is offline. where does this drop from(if it even does drop at all).

off topic: where is a good place to find good ten and over star wep blueprints(if you dont wish to answer this then i understand....just trying to make this hunt a little more quicker

All the offline drops are located there. In the future, please search the "helpful guides" in the stickies before posting things like this.
