I'm pretty sure Fuka drops from something in Hill of Spores or Dancing Birds... maybe Booma or Gobooma? Those guys drop claws I'm pretty sure. Probably only falls for hybrids since they're the ones who can use S twin claws.

Personally I find 10* harder to find than 11* ... boss boxes have pretty good drop rates for their middle-of-the-road goodies as compared to monsters giving up their top stuff instead of kubara crap, consumables, etc.

I hear that, I've gone through something like 200 Goazoran's with no Rod.

For me Ank Dedda was the big struggle.
I got two Gao Rods in one run, and I've only done that mission 8 times total lol. They're totally worth it though, so keep trying.
