Parasitic Gene Flow

Well, I've heard a lot of different opinions on how to get the gene flow, and have just recently joined PSO WORLD and was wondering your advice. How? When? How many Runs? Section ID? etc. People that have actually found it, or people that know much about this topic please post.

No one knows anything about it for sure. It's all rumors. No one here can say they've found it. Probably one person in japan got it randomly, and it's just been duped since.
