I personally LOVE playing alone. I have 4 bank characters to hold all my goodies, find tons of rares and level insanely quickly. I have about 60 hours on the clock, level 129. I enjoy being able to get all that mat/dolls/rares/cash.

But that's just me.

I like both modes really. It's fun to fight alongside someone. But then again I like offline too. Heck, if I didn't I would never of played 300 hrs offline only PSO back on DC.

I just beat De Rol Le with my new HUcaseal at level 8 offline. Irony.

I like offline just as much as on. ^^ They're both useful, and I couldn't stand PSO without one or the other.

Offline's nice when I'm tired, trying to do something else at the same time, looking for rares or things like that. I like online more, though, I just need people to play with, it makes everything that much more interesting. Moving room-to-room fast requires you to keep attention riveted to the screen, and if you're a force it makes your non-offensive spells that much more useful. You meet great people too!
