I finally got a reply from japanvideogames, and it seems, thanks to an email I sent them, that they are now offering v1.1 to customers. It's ironic though, because I already took it upon myself to find another way to get the disc. >_< My v1.0 is somewhere in Osaka right now, actually.. ;L

Anyways, the only drawback is that you have to buy PSO at full-price again. It's not cheap, either. $69.99 USD / $107 CAD. But this may be your only chance to jump ship, so don't waste any time. Act now, because I'm sure quantity is super-duper limited.

Yeah, I live in Canada, and sent my v1.0 disc to a friend last thursday by AirMail. He say it should take about a week. He lives in Osaka.

Just out of curiosity, whereabouts is your contact located? Also, how long did it take for your PSO to reach him/her? I'm assuming you live in North America...

I'm Australian. I sent my copy to my contact in Osaka City via EMS, which only took a few days.

You can send your 1.0 back to NCSX and they will exchange it for 1.1? I've had my 1.0 since day one and just gave up when the US one came out. Sega would have you believe that v1.1 is bug free, but we all know the truth. The real difference is v1.0 is on segregated servers, while v1.1 can play with US players.
