TA under 3 hours?

I've seen those kinda times in DC days. Back then I had a hucast that was just under 4 hours and I though that was good. I don't think I've ever seen one that low though. You'd need to really lucky and do a lotta runs till you ended up with a waveless run for each stage though. That'd take for ever.

Back on the DC most super-low times (ie. under 3'30) were likely the result of someone(s) using cheat codes in C-mode (ie. level 200). On the GC version I could see under 3 hours based solely on the rediculous stats that weapons now show up with. Get a good team, find good weapons, and have a good map (not likely to all happen at once, but not impossible either) and it wouldn't be difficult at all. TA, imo, has practically no meaning at all anymore because it almost completely depends on weapon stats now. Not much challenge in that. Times will no longer impress me like they did on DC version 2.

wow thats the lowest time i have ever seen on gc.

back on dc the lowest time i saw was 3'06 which was harder to get then on dc then now on gc

Not an actual mode of time attack, but people who make a game that says "TA" it means that they are going for the lowest time possible and may only want a certain class for the level also. For example if it said "C3 TA 3HuC 1Fo" that would mean they want 3 hucasts and one force and are time attacking, so unless you fit that description I'd stear clear of that game. Usually it'll be more looking for a hunter class then just hucast but the hucast is the easiest class to get into cmode with and usually a good TA choice because of there high stats.

Was one of the Challenges(C3,4,5) where you had to shoot the switches? We spent ages looking for them.
