Yeah, I know that requirement is met... its just the "All S-rank" of masterclasses. I'm guessing it doesn't apply to units... because 80% of the good units are A ranks.

Yeah, Masterclasses can use any rank of Unit. As long as the armour/weapons are S-Rank, it's fine.
