What does the Dancing Hitogata do?

See topic? I have no idea what to do with this thing but it is like a 13 star item.

It's a FO card-type weapon.

There is a circle of what looks like crosses circling around you, but they are supposed to be mini-dolls.

It's also a charge weapon. The longer you charge it the more powerful it is.

IMHO, the Dancing Hitoga is junk. The regular Hitoga is actually usable, but the same cannot be said for its "upgraded" counterpart. Unless I'm missing something (and I don't think I am) I wouldn't bother using it unless you have a spare Hitoga. I learned the hard way.
