wat is kit of dreamcast and wot are the requirements?

Kit of Dreamcast is a mag cell that you have to use on a Mark 3 mag which must be at least level 101 to make the Dreamcast mag (you also must be at least level 100 yourself). To get a Mark 3 mag you have to get a Kit of Mark 3 and use it on a level 5 to 9 mag (you also must be at least level 65), these mag cells can only be gotten from St. Rappy during the christmas event.

Sorry, that won't work. St Rappy can only be found in VR Temple during Xmas, in online mode only.

I had a MARK3 but I couldn't use my Kit of GENESIS until I had used my Kit of MASTER SYSTEM.
