In terms of rarity & scarcity probably over 50mil.(since they just added it to the drop chart for PF)

In terms of players actually wanting it less than that, what with lots of Legless / Rainbows on the market the 2% increase isn't a huge deal to most players & I prefer using Resist units.(except when I don't have to worry about a certain status effect)

before STD they were in shops for <1 million. I just bought one for 600k the other day as well.
