I don't really keep a vault. There are very few items in my inventory that I never use, although I have to clean out the Grinders and Materials every once in a while. Then again, with over 250 items divided across 12 different characters, storage space is rarely an issue.

Stuff. Lots and lots of stuff. I think I got about anywhere from 40-60 different Special Weapons in my bank, er, vault, however you choose to call it. Maybe more, I'll count next time I get the chance. Have about 5 or 6 Amplifiers, like 4 Scape Dolls (down from about 20), a couple Materials, a TON of units (all resistances, and a few stat boosters).

Grinders, Grinders, and yes, even Grinders.
Lots of Amplifiers (lacking freaking Barriers...)
And lots of Lv.5 Mags lol
And various Tech disks. I mostly only save Lv.15's, Lv.20's, or 25+ techs.

GC: Currently, not much. Mainly armor I cant use yet, some random rares that are unequippable, and a collection of mechs. On my old corrupted account, a lot of stuff, pretty much everything that Redria could find.

On BB, I have quite a few rares (thanks to certain people, you know who you are), but I've found my own Kusanagi and Blade Dance. Picked up Musashi yesterday. Also found about 4 M&A 60 Vises, about 5 Club of Laconiums, 2 Mace of Adamans, and a Branch of Paku Paku (which I never had during my GC days). I think I've already got over 100 items in my bank, and I only started BB not even a week ago.
