Power Maser's Abilities ?

I just Got a Power Maser , Honestly its Pretty weak
it also say "Its Abilities are unknown" What are these Abilites ?

Being useless. It just says that because it was upgraded from a Maser Beam.

A lot of weapons has the "...it's abilities are unknown" description.

The weapon is as is. A really cool weapon that shoots gizonde and does pathetic damage.
