Hizeri/Concentrate and RCSMs

Just something I was wondering, since an RCSM's power is dictated by TP would the extra effects (increase in range and slow down) of Hizeri / Concentrate actually effect them?

Unless ST changed the rules for R-mag's power, I don't see how TP boost doesn't affect it.

The TP boost is a given considering I use a TP Charge unit on my Acrofighter for the sake of my RCSMs; I mean the range increase and the casting slow down that comes as a result of using the Hizeri/Concentrate. Or are those effects nullified because it is a ranged weapon?

That's a very interesting quest. I'd say no if I had to guess, but it still warrants a test, I'd say.
