This is probably one of the dumbest questions asked on these forums but I'm actually getting kinda frustrated digging around for it.

Is it possible to purchase and DOWNLOAD this game online? I can't find it new at any stores nearby and I'm having a tough time finding online retailers that have it at non-ridiculous prices.

PSU is not available to download. You'd have to buy one, a used copy will do, since there is no key.
