I know that neither of them are available yet, but many are probably saving coins to get some, i know i am :)
But from the stats we know, which one are you going to use and why?
I am leaning towards Carriguine-Rucar+ because of more PP :D
(and as a fighmaster with no save unit pp burns our fast)
I also seem to recall reading that ACC dont really matter on weps, true or false?

Acc didn't matter until enemies started getting much more evade (lv150+). Now it matters... a little bit more.

I'm getting as many Crea Dub+ as I can.

I'm thinking about possibly making a second doubles and turning them into a +. Don't want to lose my 38% light, it's a very nice weapon.

I have to say that i like them about equally.
Crea doubles have that simple look that i like.
And Carriguine-rucar has that strange bizarre shape that appeals to me as well.
But i just canīt seem to get them in any decent percent. (30+%)
So for me transforming them to itīs + version wonīt hurt me. XD
I think i gotta get both...sharing different elements so i donīt feel limited. =)

do you think that a beast with lkk would notice a difference on the two weps?
i have heard so many say that once you get past 100+ acc/ata dosent matter, and some say it does...

why are you going for the dubs?
just curios if people choose them for looks, stats or anything else :)

yea i too like the looks on both :)
too bad that the dubs will be out a lot earlier than the rucars, im gonna be tempted to trade for some :)
on the other hand, maybe the dubs will go down in price more and more towards the release of rucars and you can buy somewhat cheap :)

I'm choosing mine based off of looks, mainly. I'm not a huge fan of the Rucar's style, but it'd be nice to have one just in case.

I dunno, ask my beast PT whether accuracy matters. There's a reason I use a Cati/Hit on her.
Accuracy does matter. I wouldn't use a Lumirus/Kaos Knight on my beast because I couldn't hit stuff at 150+ then. Whereas my newman would hit just fine with one.

I honestly would take accuracy over power. Then again, I'm a fan of "lots of little consistent damage over time" as opposed to "miss three times in a row, and then hit with your fourth for the sum of those three hits, plus a half of another hit." That's also probably why I hate axes so much.

The simple fact, that my old CAST Gunmaster (The absolute highest ATA race/class combination possible) could miss all 5 shots on a shotgun blast is a testament to how useful ATA is. :disapprove:
Anyway, I'll take Rucar+, since it's stronger in almost every way, and reminds me of Girasole from BB.

I thought Rucar+ was dark only? If so then the choice is obvious.

Considering the normal Rucar is any element, I highly doubt that they'd make the + version dark only.

if its a certain element only it would likely be light since the blade arms of the mob itself are white. i know that don't make sense since its a dark mob as well lol.

This for me.
Also, here is a visual comparison of the Carriguine-Rucar and Girasole if people want to see:

ATP doesnt mean much for Double Sabers, so I'll just aim for high % 10*.

I have 3x 34 % Carriguine-Rucars in Ice Light and Dark (Thank you Magashi Plan). I'm not sure if I want to risk going + on any of them, could end up with either poorer or duplicate elements. But I'll probably end up trying if I get the Chevalier Edges. I'd make Crea Doubles if they weren't statistically worse in every category but ACC.

ACC definitely matters. But you really won't notice the difference between these weapons. If they were 250+ acc difference you would probably notice. 500+ acc and would definitely notice. 50 acc, not that big of a deal in my opinion.
