How can I get the Mirei Photo Stand?

How can I get the Mirei Photo Stand? Because I'm wanting to get Mikunas Set in the black color. And to buy it will cost WAY to much. I have almost everything else I just need to get the photo stand and the Mimic Doll (and I don't know how to get them:-?) Could anyone help me?

The Mirei Photo Stand is from the offering box on Neudaiz at the Shitenkaku. You know, the lobby with the photon fortune maiden? Try dumping some unused A-rank stuff like weapons and armor in there and you might get lucky!

The Mimic Doll comes from failed synthesis. I've never got one before (I bought all of mine) so I'm not sure exactly what's the best thing to use. Someone else can probably give you better advice on that part (or you can do a forum search for "mimic doll," since I know that question has been asked before).
