whats the best way to lvl them

Rentis - Stand in a trap or on spores and spam away.

Dizas - stand in a mob of enemies and spam away. (provided they actually decide to hit you)

Recommend doing it with 2x TECHNIC. It will take under an hour and a half for each that way.
